Bernadette is Research and Innovation Services Manager for IRDG - the Industry Research and Development Group. IRDG is a non-profit business group and is the voice of Irish Innovation, representing hundreds of companies engaged in research and innovation nationally.

Bernadette works extensively with business leaders across multiple sectors to help achieve superior innovation-based performance outcomes by directly supporting, networking, and advocating for members.

Prior to joining IRDG, Bernadette worked for InterTradeIreland.  Over 15 years she managed research to identify areas for mutually beneficial North/South cooperation and developed a range of support programmes in the area of collaborative research and innovation.
